Recommendation for Preparing a Personal File Brothers and Sisters, to ensure that you have continued access to your essential employment records in case you unexpectedly lose access to government computer systems due to issues with your CAC/PIV credentials, consider preparing a personal file with the following documents and emailing them to your personal email account. Additionally, if available, consider establishing an alternative login method, such as a user ID and password, ID.me, or another authentication option. Recommended Documents to Email to Yourself: • Your complete eOPF record. • A copy of your current position description document. • Your most recent Leave and Earnings Statement from MyPay. • Your most current Leave Summary from your Time & Attendance system or (ATTAPS). • W-2 statements from the last five years. • Performance appraisal documents from MyBiz (or the relevant system) covering the last five years. • Award certificates and citations. • Contact information (email & phone) for Officers and Stewards of your AFGE Local. • Contact information (email & phone) for your management team and your servicing DP Labor Relations Section. • A list of your co-workers and professional contacts (email & phone numbers). • Copies of all documents related to your AFGE membership. • Forward copies of any pertinent official emails you have received from the agency or your supervisor related to your employment, performance, or any other work-related matters.
